ZAPUSZKOWANE MARZENIA (CANNED DREAMS) S.B. This episodic documentary film builds a portrait of European workers. In our film, we travel and follow the journey of a canned food product and it's ingredients across Europe. Along the journey the ordinary workers all over the continent tell their dreams and stories about the most important moments in their lives. Behind this one product there are numerous hands and the can itself is metaphore for multicultural Europe JEDZIEMY DALEJ (KEEP ON ROLLING) E .S The automobiles drove us towards the dream of the consumer society. Nearly 100 years later, this documentary reflects on the social and environmental consequences of the materialization of this promise. A car for each individual and each pocket. The documentary is based on a selection of interviews with several experts in different fields like town planning, philosophy, or engineering, which leads to reflection on the transformation of our daily environment and our life due to the car. The story is told through animated cartoons, present day images and archive material from the 1950s.
